Radar problem

Post by RXA » Fri Jan 07, 2011 10:38 pm

I tried searching on here already but I couldn't find the answer to my problem. My radar doesn't work. It's not the white box problem. I still have the circle radar on my screen but it remains blank and doesn't show anything. However, the kw map radar works fine for me. It would be really nice to get radar working on all my maps. Any suggestions on how to do that?

1. make sure the bitmap of the radar is correct.

2. Try using the original HUD's and see if the radar works ( this will help figure it out.)

3. Mess around with the HUD and u will get there.

Yups, I'm using the original hud. It's probably my laptop's problem because it's a school issued laptop. My friend (who has the same laptop) also has this problem. But if thats so, I don't get why the kw map radar works fine. I tried messing with the hud but I really couldn't get anywhere.

I often do that to myself, give myself a radar handicap or advantage, or just not play with sound.
Either you are groping for answers, or you are asking God and listening to Jesus.

or playing the night mods or adding fog to get rid of (or at least minimize) host advantage.

Right, that's the most fun, and the easiest. Playing in an environment from the Environments Series gives the most options to forestall boredom. ;D
