Will you see the change as soon as you go to make a game, or when your going to make a new one within one, like, when you go to new game in the game options?

No. What makes you think I would give somebody unreleased content for a mod that I am working on? Especially when that person is in no way involved with the mod's production. Double especially when I dislike the user in question.
