I disagree. Unix is far more tested and reliable than it's counterpart.

Anyone know how to install Ubuntu on a notebook with 4gig of space? for some reason it won't install :(

For that, I'm not going to help you.

I personally agree with Modzy on this one, Unix is more reliable, and more powerful if you know what you're doing with it.
Linux is still awesome though, In fact, if it weren't for the fact tiger runs slightly faster, I'd still have my own distro on this thing. Too bad I don't have it anymore :(
