It wasn't so much the insults that bothered me, more so the fact he pretended to be me and try to claim it was his mod. I have been an artist for well over 11 yrs now and well... It's an insult to my very being. also i recorded this as an idea so I didnt get a chance to catch the more insultive words.

Once again, thank you for liking my idea. Even though I haven't been posting here very often people respect other people's ideas (most of the time). That's what I like about the MGM community.

I also think you should emphasize that people should only distribute it to people they trust not giving it to noobs and other immature people. I know it will probably get to them anyway but its worth saying when you distribute it via PM's(?).

On the topic of the video, I think that those type of people are just noobs and should be ignored. What concerns me more is the topic of how the mod got distributed to that person. Someone should make a modders code of conduct for noobs or something. It could say things like, don't rip stuff from other peoples mods without permission, and don't distribute betas without permission. I think it could be beneficial for new modders who may not be acquainted with the ethics of other peoples work. I know personally when I was just starting modding those were some of the first things Brim taught me.

I may not happen that often, but look what happens when it does.

We almost lost a awesome mod due to an act that possible could have been avoided by a "Code of Conduct" or something to that affect. Just because it doesn't happen that often doesn't mean we shouldn't try to prevent it from happening. If we thought that just because something only happens once and a while so why bother with it, there would be no food testing for toxins, no checks on nuclear weapons, no vaccines for rare diseases like small pox. All those things don't happen very often, but we still take preventative measure to make sure they don't happen even. I know my examples are a little extream but its the principle that counts.
