Uh... Why? Also, that cant be right. Ive seen 2 elites, at least 2 master chiefs, some simpson guy and i think a few more... Or is that someone else? Am I getting two people mixed up? Blargh.

I remember now! Its zap!! His sig is never the same. He has a very large number of Collective sig variants. Ive seen all kinds of stuff. There was a stormtrooper and some other stuff. O.O
