hum, you must import it by another map.
-the tag is called "rain" so, you search for the rain tag in b30, its called b30/underwater or similiar
-recursively export from b30 and recursively import to bloodgulch
-then, with escathon or hmt, select sbsp tag levels/bloodgulch/bloodgulch and search for a Nulled Out rain tag, change it to b30/underwater

hhmm... if you want to change the rain to snow or to wood-chips, select b30/underwater thru the d-swapper and change the bitm to what do you want to rain...
for example, some banshee's textures, or some rocks...

i mean like add new trees/rocks etcetera, not to swap with an existing one... can this be done in some application like hexedit or textedit or whatever..? help please
