Why don't we do what Deox did with his Deep Space Mod, like, make whole new maps like that?
Sound good?
Anyways, I'll make maps like that if Deox would be willing to teach me.

Question is: How do we get rid of the BSP? Once I know how to do that, i'll be making new maps like crazy with Sparkedit PC and Build Your Own Mod 2 by sword.

Isnt there something in the header? Or maybe: the "bsp" tag?

BSP is basically a collision model, a 3D model, and shaders. Somewhere in there is the stuff for coll model, which you can null, and then you will fall through the map. Then build stuff with scenery, and null the shaders. Pretty much what was done for Deep Space Arena.
0xB88 is one offset for BSP collision.
0xBA0 is another. I don't really remember the difference. I think one makes just bipeds fall through, while the other makes weapons and vehicles fall through as well.

Er...no. I don't think that can be achieved. Just get Halo 2.
Still would be nice if Deox would FUCKING RESPOND OVER AIM!!!!

Lol.
Well, I don't need to use SparkEdit for the PC.
I'll be willing to put the time and effort into doing everything in hex like I do with spawn points.

If I remember correctly, I found a lockout mod for Mac Full... You just need to teleport up there from red base.

I need to be taught how to do this also.
Maybe a few private lessons from sword or Deox...

Sorry, but that sounded a little bit egotistical. Why should you be the only one taught these things? As everyone could not stress enough, Halo Demo modding is dying. If we don't let the public learn a few new tricks, Halo Demo modding is as good as over. >_>

I know, anyone can just ask.
It's easier if, say, sword and deox teach two different people, then sword, deox, and those two people that learned teach someone else and so on and so on.

Question is: Would they do it?
Would these people actually try to teach another? Or would they simply learn, release lots of mods using this knowledge, but not teach anyone else because they want to be considered "God Modders"?
