problems with rsd

recently i've encounted a couple of problems with rsd whenever i play it, first off, the sound...there is none @_@...i dunno, but has anyone beside me have this problem? i've checked the preferences and options, the sound should be working right but it isnt
and another is hosting, now whenever i try to host my com just freezes up >_<
im gonna trash it and try my backup version and see wut happens...

nvrmind, the sound is working fine now, but the hosting is still a problem <_<

Does yer computer actually freeze, or does the screen just go black? When I tried to hose on meh Imac, clicking "Start game" would result in ten minutes of waiting at a screen of nothing before the game started. . and no one even joined cause 'o me router =\

Are you trying to host in Classic or in OS 9?

well the screen just went black and i waited for quite awhile, so i assumed it froze...funny, that never happened b4, i used to be able to host games just fine

i've always used os 9.2, i dont even noe how to switch to classic -_-

Classic would be if you were running it from OS X. When I have had a black screen, force quitting and trying it again sometimes worked or restarting my computer.
