Which has already been done countless times. Just steal the skins from the mod they are in and inject them.

dude seabees i meant a real halo 3 mod... not the one where stuff is changed to be stronger.... i am making it the real halo 3......
such as: faster shooting needlers, ghost skinned better, plasma bolts changed a little more purple (just a hint of it), the hog wheels are like the H3 ones, the needler needles made a little more purple ( a hint of it like the plasma), and other stuff like pelican skinning..... also the cyborg model from aftermath v3 in bloodgulch with the skin korndog used with it....
I want the real deal this time! this is my mod!

Hmmm... I think you can change the plasma bolt color in the ui.map...

I steal a few skins from every mod to make my game look cooler... It's not like I'm gonna release em though. <insert innocent-looking face here>
