Yes, I don't know where I was going with that... perhaps the Elite could be changed into a sniper rifle? I don't know....

Not at all. HHK is a modding tool that make rebuilding incredibly easy (provided you know what you're doing). It should be in most of the modding pack downloads. The icon is a waffle.
