Mod Request: Moddifications to The Island

O.K. then, Getting us back on subject:
I looked through all the modding tools I have:
- Eschaton
- SwordEdit
- SparkEdit
- HexEdit
- HexEdit Fat (lolz)
- Hex Editer
- Halo Hacking Kit (didnt exactly work for me)
- Halo Modding Tools (didnt work for me)
- and MUCH more!

Also, i think i came up with a (mabey) easier solution:
If we just turned the ocean solid, then that would work, i just dont know where to find what ever tag that would effect it (Density, mabey?)

wait, WHAT!
THINGS ACTOUALLY FREEZE IN THE ISLAND MOD! WTF! WHY WOULD BUNGIE PUT THAT IN THERE! I THOUGHT MOST PHYSICS DIDNT COUNT IN THERE! (since they are on a ring in space, which HAS gravity, but to core, or barly ANY mass at all, so logicly NO gravitational force at all!)
