Use a PC, get the HEK, make a new actv tag write a script for the AI, compile into a dummy map, extract the actv (and any supporting tags), convert them to be compatible with normal halo, import them into your target map.

Thanks i'm sure if i could understand that then yeah it would be helpful. But thanks anyway for the help.

I understand some, but how do you write them a script and how do i change it from pc to mac???

And also whats the HEK???

ok, i am doing this Ai for halo Full. I followed All of the steps but it crashed. ( i didnt Do the Hexediting). Because i Think it is differnt. can Anyone help I need This AI to Train The noobs in my Friends Clan (FBI). Thanks

Well AI isn't exactly good training. All they do is stand about, see you and shoot at you.

See if this tutorial works for you.

A couple questions about HEK before I DL it.

First, will it accept a Halo Full mac license code to activate it?

Second, do you need to DL "Halo CE" too?

i use hec u need a serial from Halo PC andCE installed to n HEK

???? im confused and Altimit (I am sorry if i spelled it wrong) Your Ai Tut WORKED! Yay! But i found one problem and i need h elp fixing it, When i throw a grenade the Ai Halo Crashes.... Any Suggestions..?

Did you mod the grenades? That'd be the first place I'd think of there being an error. Other possibilities include actvs in other bipds or not all the assests were imported. The AI tries to dodge out of the way, but doesn't find the appropriate animation and...crash.

ohh and no i didnt mod the grenades but i would like to know how to make them stronger! ive only made the grenades into rockets before but a super explosion would be amazing! and do you anything about the Bulldog import into BG Full? it crashes too

Nope. I knows nothing. Making grenades stronger, would entail messing around in the jpt! tag. I'm sure through trial and error the path will emerge.

I've also been playing with AI's lately such as adding hunters in banshees and the warthogs. Also in turrents and wraiths and tanks. But I wanted to know is there any way of making the Ai's spawn on the ground on a mac or is that only on Sparkedit PC?????

The only way I know to make AI respawn is to go into the D-swapper, go to itmc. Then choose a weapon you want to sacrifice. Select that weapon and swap the weapon spawn with a vehicle. Then, in Eschaton, you can make the vehicle spawn at an angle so the people in the vehicle fall out.
