Wrote a mod.... now what???

I just wrote my first mod and now I'm wondering if I should upload it or just keep it to myself. If I should upload it, how do I upload it?

Normally you upload it to places like filefront, mediafire or rapidshare and create a topic in the relevant section with the url to the file. Pictures and a description are expected in those kinds of topics. As for whether or not to release it, that's entirely your choice.

If you're concerned about copyright with your mod then you're going to be disappointed. Modding breaks the EULA of Halo to begin with, and I'm not sure if changes in existing data can even qualify. It's not like new data has been created. Existing data has just been altered. That and it's surprising how many "unique" mods are found to have been already done on some other site years ago.
