is it possible to have halo3 weapons in the halo demo or full version like the
missile pod or the brute spiker

Axis has a brute spiker i dont kon bout missle pod though...

all you have to do with a missile pod is make the rocket launcher so you not holding it on your shoulder but just twist his arms so he's holding it upside down. and make the rocket launcher all white and take away the big thing that holds the rockets and make them homing

yeah, basically make the rocket launcher be held like a flamethrower, and change it's mod2 to a missle pod.
