Just got HF off a torrent, and I went to play through teh campaign, just for fun. As soon as I got to the part where you enter the service tunnel in the pillar of autumn (right when the nav point pops up) the game totally FUCKS UP. It really looks like corrupted bitmaps, and it's pissing me off. Any fixes for it?

Yeah, I wasthinking about buying it. But my friend has a "legit" copy of HF for mac, and he has the same problem. He sent it back to Macsoft and got his money refunded.

Thats the thing about who developts for apple, you get a break. As with Microsoft if something happens with one of their products nobody gives a damn.

It appears to be a problem in the original bitmaps that the designers failed on or they just don't want you in the service tunnel O.O

Some of my friends have a problem, but i dunno if it's what you have. In their case, they can only do the first mission, after the first mission it just crashes. Or it could be data corruption, either way, i recommend you remove all traces of halo, then download it from another site. Hope this helps
