Hello. Some of you may know me. No, all of you should know me unless you're new to the forum or live under a virtual forum-rock. Anyway, I just have this one little question that's been nagging me since christmas...
HOW DO I MOD HALO?!
Yes, I know, strange question for me of all people to be asking, right? But see... there's no maps folder. No maps. Nothing. There's just the CD, with a package and readme and whatnot inside, and then there's a folder in documents labeled Halo, but still no maps. So how the heck do I mod this thing if there's nothing to mod?!

ctrl+click app show package contents then u can get to maps folder

Not the .pkg, you need to install the app first. Then find the application and follow tylers method. Install the game first for crying out loud.

Oooh, Fuel's nice.
If you dont have a right click, then use ctrl-click, or apple-i and delete the ".app"
I highly suggest putting the GameData folder in your toolbar or sidebar, or making an alias.

I didn't figure it out for 6 months because ctrl-click wasn't working, and I had a 1 button mouse at the time, plus an old, shitty G4 that hates me.

Heh, lol, I already did install it(and play through it on easy in 2-3 days. I mean, obviously it didn't take me THAT long, I mean I just wasn't playing it constantly, just in bursts of a an hour or two every once in a while....).
Anyway, so it's in the app. Great, thnx people.
