What is all this?

Starting at 00DC30EC, the ASCII is a bunch of text saying random stuff about custom gametypes. Things like how much health you start off with and all that. Is this just in here to read or if I change things, will they reflect gameplay? I would test this but I can't run Halo on this computer...

That section would be part of a little thing known as Unicode Strings.
Basicly, thats where the header text is stored, so, by changing that all you'll do is make the game text appear differently.
