I think that this would be possible. Do some bitmap skinning so that blood becomes the color of paint. You could replace most of the weapons with something like the battle rifle (mainly because it looks cool) and increase the damage that the weapon does. I think it would be cool to have paint grenades....... I'll look into this. It is possible to change the appearance of projectiles, correct?

You should be able too. Also skin the bullet holes so that they look like paint splats. Just search up on Google Image search "Paintball splat". The 8th thing that comes up (The red splat) in my opinion is the best. I have had no trouble changing the splats color and have been able to skin the bullet holes to look like these splats. Its perfectly possible. I'd love to go around 'decorating' the bases.
