Offset list help

Whenever I try to use an offset from Mono's list (I search the offset in hex edit, take the whole line that comes up and paste it over another hex code) then the game crashes. i think I am doing soemthing wrong. Any help?

I cant usee the offset list.... i like the 16 bytes..... those are easier..... cuz i can use the ASCII to tell me what it is... did anyone every make a 16 byte code list for everything? Is so.. i want, lol
