When picking up an item the icon of a wep shows
But when u go to bitmaps it only shows some of the weapon icons
Where is the rest?

Bitmaps consist of more than one image, sometimes. In the bitmap tag in Eschaton's bitmap viewer area, select another mipmap image in the right side mipmap popup menu. Sprites use sections of the images defined by the number metadata tag values... which you could change in the metadata editor of the tag in Eschaton, if you so desired.
