On behalf of the folks who frequent the IRC channel, we bring you HaloMD.net:



Not only does this site serve as a home for HaloMD and a center for infomation about it, it also sports a copy of HDM mods database:



This site will be maintained by Monoman, nil, 002, and I. New staff may be added as needed.
For the time being, Sparky has put HaloDemoMods back up. Please download any files that may have been lost when the wiki went down.

It's really good to see it back up! Imma tell the Halo community!

Let me help explain how this happened. I found an archive of the entire HDM wiki. Monoman with his crazy connection Downloaded it in an hour or so. We decided on recreating the wiki for Halo MD only. The old demo files were left for conversion purposes.
I personally went about converting 43 mods I found worth keeping. 26 survived the eschaton rebuild. After I rename them, I may have 002 help me get them fixed up for phasor. Nil, mono, 002, and modzy have all been working hard to get everything working.

If you wish to convert a bunch of mods, you might want to ask modzy for his pearl batch converter. It takes the parent directory of the mod (the folder it's in) unless its some thing other than bloodgulch.map. Note: the converted maps must NOT contain capitals.

The site was having loading problems for some people; it took forever to load. I think I've fixed the issue. Please report if you're having trouble accessing the site.
