Halo Demo

I can't get any of the mods to work on the demo, the edit gametypes is greyed out so i cant click on it, and there is no mods folder im my maps folder!!! HELP ME PLEASE!

there shouldnt be a mod folder in your maps folder. the other stuff should be found in the older topics

edit gametypes isnt on the demo originally. also i have no idea what you are talking about a "mods" folder

I'll kill you for a topic like this..Seriously I will..
Demo doesnt allow gametypes cant be edited so its greyed out, unless you do a bit of modding on a certain map...Its not for demo but you can use gametypes thats there already.Look around how to use gametypes if you dont know how.
And I think he meant maps folder mike.In order to place mods you replace the original bloodgulch in the maps folder with the mod, but make sure you made a backup.

i think that ones new... never seen it before, even in trick and egg finding forums for full.
unless its a fake like those three "hacks and gametypes" Halo.nibs for a while ago. i hope not.

[How to Install a mod]
1. Open your maps folder
2. Create a new folder to hold
the original map
3. Move original map to that folder
4. Move the modded bloodgulch.map
file to the maps folder
5. Open up Halo and start a new
multiplayer game
oh and the gametypes bit is ment to be greyed out

its not fake. its just that that screen is usually unavailable for the demo.

ZOMG LOL NUBS. The guys at Bungie are hilarious. When you select "Edit Gametypes", look at master chief on the right. There's an arrow pointing to a part on his armor that says "All your base are belong to us." There's also Green Day lyrics somewhere on there.
