I'll kill you for a topic like this..Seriously I will..
Demo doesnt allow gametypes cant be edited so its greyed out, unless you do a bit of modding on a certain map...Its not for demo but you can use gametypes thats there already.Look around how to use gametypes if you dont know how.
And I think he meant maps folder mike.In order to place mods you replace the original bloodgulch in the maps folder with the mod, but make sure you made a backup.

[How to Install a mod]
1. Open your maps folder

5. Open up Halo and start a new
multiplayer game
