Paintball V1

Well now that I've finally been able to model change I finally made the paintball mod V1. There are a few glitches in this which I'lll fix sooner or later. Feel free to post suggestions that could improve this mod. Here are some pics:

PPF Patches will work on demo maps. I'll create one for the bitmaps and give a link to PPF o Matic and PPF Master.

Shadow, would you like me to port the models from the map on halomods.com into that? They'll be a little less...glitchy.

boy, those are pretty lame (in my opinion) paint splats. you could do better on those. and dont just replace the rocket scorch with grunt blood... it looks too small for an eplosive.


EDIT:i played the mod, but i think you have another problem....
as you should know, plasma weapons leave a small glow on impact. this glow dies almost immediatly. you replacd this glow with the new bullet marks. so... they appear for a half a second before fading. also, the bullet impact on metal dosnt work... i looked at the bitmaps for them. good job, but it didnt work.

Yes I agree with you. Remember this is a basic run and I intend to make a whole lot more improvements in the next version; like better paintball splats.

sword: That would be awesome dude. Go ahead. WHen you've ported them and uploaded them onto BG demo, PM me the link and i'll make the other adjustments.

this would be so much cooler if you made the weapons sound like paintball guns...

I could chnage the sounds to any other sounds that are in the game already. Know any good sounds in Halo that sound like a paintball firing?

Shadow, I think I can add custom sounds now too. But, I'm not exactly sure what format I would need them in, I'm guessing .wav or .ogg.
