it's because it is in .bmp

save it as .jpg or something that PS can open.

i did that (I think) and it said it didn't work

anyway, I think I'll lay off actual modding for a while
when I find out how to make skins for stuff like in WE 3.21, and I fix my frag problem in wonderful mod (I know no ones downloaded it yet; probably too no body; but look at jackass III mod; but my tanks aren't that good

), I'l make either WM v2, a new mod, or both

u can take it (your skin) into photoshop if u have it... its pretty easy. thats how i do my skins.
