CE = Halo Custom Edition = Halo Editing Kit. Halo Custom Edition is a game, not a modding tool. It plays map files compiled by the Halo Editing Kit, which are the modding tools that PC users use.
Halo Full tags are not the tags found in the default Halo Demo maps.
Thus, the answer to your question is yes both times.

Hey guys! I'm back with good news and bad news!

Good news is: i've got internet again! It turns out my sister's rabbit ate the optical fiber cables that are connected to our router. >_> the bitch.

Bad news are that i will not be participating in the contest!

I don't have enough time right now to make a map! Really, i'm too busy with RL to spend three nights on the map! I need sleep! XD I'll try next month! (if i don't go to amsterdam 0_0)
