ye, i will talk to sword about dat. And when i did put the longsword into BG, it actually wasn't to bad, i had to slow down the speed a little, but that's all. Although i do agree that it would be nice to have it on Death Island. Another thing- when i triend importing the fighter bomber and the pelican into the same map, halo demo crashed everytime, yet when i only did one of them, the map worked just fine, any ideas on why this happened?

did u inport them as vehicles? try to inport them as usable senery that works for me

oooo and there is the realy kool ship i found in 343 guilty spark its a covie ship

1. How can we import vehicles as "drive-able scenery"?

2. Is it the Truth and Reconciliation (Battle Cruiser)? If it isn't, can you further describe the ship?

Covi ships from halo 1 or 2? cause there are some awsome ones in the halo 2 from when you dive through space with da bomb, lol. When you say import as senery, do you mean to actually go into the scenery meta area, find the fighter bomber and peli, and are they actually in there?

No, vehicles aren't actually in the scenery tag.

The Covenant fighters in Halo 2 during the "bomb" cutscene are called "Seraphs" and are not in Halo: Combat Evolved.

idk its a covie battle ship anyway look on halo mods for how to inport as usable senery its in a post by a halo nerd or rous search for longsword ok

Problems with your Longsword mod:

1. The Longsword is just plain massive. And it's fast. You'll see when you import it.

2. Bitmaps will be fucked up since it's from full. It will look like shit.

3. If you fix said problems, do not ruin the mod with wall-walking. It would just be a n00b addition to a nice mod.

And just where is this collision model? I haven't seen one yet...

And... as far as flying it... just null the collision model of the map... and import lifts and make it to that you spawn on top of those...

BSP Collision Offset -> 0xBA0

Replacement -> FF FF FF FF

On Topic: Having the Longsword on the Silent Cartographer wouldn't be a bad idea... It's single player, but at least we would be able to use it on a map of the proper scale.

Yeah, I have had a few deletes also, I was thinking of PMing Monoman, but he hasn't really deleted the amount that he has lately in all my time here, so it could be a bug.

And just how are you going to fly it, or even get ontop of the ship to get into the cock-pit without a collision model on the ship? Did someone break out the CE tools and make a model? Care to post a download to the tags?
