Would that happen by enabling night vision in a zoom, then giving the weapon a x1 or x0 zoom?

Well, you'd have a weapon with a night vision scope that can't zoom in as much.

or, zoom in and activate NV. then you have NV goggles.

theres an easy way to make vehicles destructable... nothing to do with health or anything... and no bleeding vehicles either... did it a while ago but i cant remember how, ill have to check my notes

I don't know if that will work on weapons without a scope already, and if they did already have a scope, the night vision field of view would be as small as the scope.
