Let's see what you have in this.
Text with shadow on left - I could do that with a double-layered bit of text
Image on right - a VERY simple drag and drop from finder or another app
Lines in background - I have yet to find a line tool in Pixelmator (if one exists) but I could do that pretty easily
Light glare - Self-explanatory, also simple

I will say it again.

Again, nothing special, Fu£l. An image or two, some fancy text, and a few neat little effects.

If I were to receive a SPECIFIC request for a signature, I would make it.

NO REQUESTS = POOR RESULTS

TaxiService, Ham is good., Jello_Jello, JSB's ghost, ANUBIS, GENESIS, Mota-Lev, This is OM3N, and Dustyjjc haven't said anything about wanting a signature, so until they do, they won't get one from me.
And now I wait for them all to get signatures from someone who doesn't rely on other people to stop being lazy so that, yet again, I have nothing I can do to help with anyone. This happens an awful lot... I wonder why
