Wow, nice find. Would be a great way to mess with people on your servers. Get their location, and make the map spike where they are - they'd fall through the map and yell at you for being an uberhaxor. There is some hilarious potential behind this newly found glitch!

I cannot seem to get the hill to show. But my player goes flying suddenly from the hills. Nice work a bit more research and this'll be perfect.

Looks like it just warps the visual section. Mess with random numbers and you'll find something of interest eventually.
