Desert Combat final 8 doesn't work.

I manage to launch the game itself, but when I'm about to load a map, the screen either goes black or game crashes.

DC Final requires that you have DC v0.7 installed too.
READ ME's help tremendously.

Post your computer specs as well as what version of BF you are running.

is it Battlefield 1942 version 1.6.1d ?
if not get it from
here.
Desert Combat Final requires version 1.6.1d for compatability.
