I don't know of any but you can make mods for the single player demo.

i need some moddding tutorials... all iv done so far is make the corsair harmless and the priest really fast, SOME1 SHOW ME HOW TO CHANGE PROJECTILES, pls

As far as I know there are no Mac programs that can expand and recompress the BF1942 files. Once they are expanded though the files can be edited on a Mac.
