May I gain access to the "Mod Development" forum, or is it for team members only?

what does i person have to do to gain acess? ive always wanted to take a peak in there.

I would like access so that I would be enabled to post my many Halo Full mods.

Check in the main Halo Demo section, and there's a sticky. Now never post another question until you read all the stickies first.

None of those stickies answer my question.

If no one will spend two minutes to answer my oh so easy question, I would have to assume that no one is even capable of doing so.

You are a highly impatient person. Besides, I just gave you the answer. I just gave you the link to the stated stickied topic detailing how to gain access to the section you desire. If you are so lazy and half-assed that you can't even let yourself be helped by someone, I imagine that there is no use in trying to help you.

You gave the the answer in the form of a URL, I require a statement of yes or no.

By the way, I'm not trying to anger anyone here, nor am I angered myself.

NEW MAC GUY Dude man person kid? Please don't demand. You don;t have any authority to come in here and require anything. Kayar has a pet peeve about new people who ask before reading, please don't get offended. Couple Things.

a) there is no "team," simply a collection of Halo or Demo related people, usually tied to modding.

b)ModDev is a board for advanced modders, and you have to meet requirements and apply and crap: I don't mod that much and have never bothered. There (as far as my knowledge reaches) no releases anymore there. Almost all discussion is done in "HaloDemo" and "Halo" sections.

c) it is EXTREMELY important to read ALL stickies and try the search button before posting something that a) has to do with board policy -here is an example- b) is a "noobish" question that has probably been answered before or c) you are requesting a mod, other file, tutorial, or other posting. If you don't, you are apt to be drawn and quartered by Kayar and others. If you had posted this in the much more popular Demo section you would have kicked your computer.

d)I would be really nice to everyone.... you may notice that we get along pretty well, but everyone who flames, brags, is arrogant, or seeks attention is extremely disliked, and this:

I'm not demanding, I'm asking. They are two different things in this situation. I simply asked a yes or no question but got an unexpected answer. If you dislike me for who I am, so be it, but don't let that affect the actual facts. Also, directing me to a forum section about "Halo Demo", with seemingly useless stickies that instruct you to do redundant tasks, is no way of answering any question of mine. Sorry for the misunderstanding, but I see no arrogance in my way of speaking here.

The Mod Dev board is for Halo Demo. There is nothing in there that hasn't been posted in the Halo Demo board. Since you are looking to post your Halo Full maps, its fine to post them in the Halo board. Most of the people here are just interested in modding for the Demo so a separate Halo Full Dev area was never created. Although if the interest in the Full is there, a new board can be added.

There is interest in modding Halo Full. I will have users join here that do in fact mod Halo Full.

Well, the Halo Full modding has been kinda stolen by Halomods....

But as far as I know we are the one and only major center for Demo modding, and one of two for general Demo stuff...

"I am not demanding" Huh. Really. "I require a statement of yes or no" Makes perfect sense.

I dont dislike you as a person, I dislike that fact that you seem act like you (metaphorically) should be ushered to your VIP seats in the plush season box, service with a smile or your money back. Kayar gave you a direct link to the answer to your request, and what did you do? You said no, I dont want your stinking answer, give me the answer i want, NAOUGHW!! Obviously thats not what you meant, but thats how it came across to me.

Also If I was in fact impatient, I would have given up on this in the first place. If I used the search feature to answer a yes or no question that wouldn't work, would it? Now that things are sorted out can someone answer my question, please?
