Sell it to the highest bidder? They have enough money as it is.

Why keeping it then?! My biggest fear is that if some government demands information by them, they will be able to provide it! If they didn't keep the data, they wouldn't be able to dispense it!

And for some reason humans are never satisfied with the amount of money they possess. :-\ They always want more, and more and more… More than they could ever even use in their lives! I don't understand why!!!!

Think of it this way.
Google is (unfortunately?) far more powerful than governments. Just think about how much shit Google could pull on any political leader at any given time.
Hell, Google doesn't even need real dirt to keep restrictions at bay.
They could just... Blackmail all leaders with their extensive knowledge and demand it all.
They could raid the federal safes and get their prize.
They could ship it all back to Goo-HQ.
With a little bribery, Google could easily steal all the baby gums.
