Go to Edit Avatar, and there should be a section saying "Avatar Dimension".

No. You don't. HDM is temporarily down for upgrades maybe...

And you can reupload it can't you? If its not there

You misunderstand me...

You have the file on your computer

Wait for HDM to finish updating

If your file isn't there

Upload it under a different file name
