Front teeth are fine. Just an artifact of the x-ray. The wisdoms came out alright, the biggest issue isn't the places where the teeth were removed but the ache from having had my mouth open so long during the surgery. It's really not as bad as people make it out to be.

The sideways teeth are just impacted wisdom teeth... thats common for people.
