It is. The IRC chat is fairly active, more so than the forums. HaloMD is the big thing I've been working on lately. There's still a few people creating new mods around. Otherwise there is little activity in the general discussion forum here..
I am no longer active to Halo or MGM, and don't guarantee a response on the forums or through email. I will however linger around the discord room for general chatting. It's been fun!
