Rous, aren't you the guy that said "torrenting is not illegal, because I am downloading little bits from different people that just happen to make a file that might be illegal" or something along those lines a few years ago?

Jailbreaking is not illegal, downloading apps for free is illegal. Jailbreaking was ONLY meant to allow the iPod to run third party applications.

I just recently fucked up my ipod by jailbraking it. Im not even sure what happened. I couldnt even restore it. The update for 3.1.3 was messing it up.
