Blue Ivan Map

Sometime ago I checked out this map and it would crash in coop or sp, don't remember which. Someone else was also getting the crashes. I decided to take another look at the map but its not crashing on me now and I don't know why. Does anyone remember what settings they were playing in when it crashed? I think originally I had thought it was a actor or kit missing.
