More changes:
A dynamic blood effect, by Tucker933.
A working man cannon, based off of Sparky's Laser Grid concept.
A sweet Halo 4 bitmaps change of the terrain and the sky :D

[EDIT] NOT A GRAVITY LIFT , IT IS A MAN CANNON THAT I WANT.

Get ready folks, the Halo 4 "better" mod is coming very soon, also I will make some updates to the Halo 4 CSS mod.

The update of Halo 4 CSS will probably not be CSS. But I need to keep the name, because I will not be putting weapon models and other things that make it seem CSS and the other mod, the "update crazy version Halo 4 mod" is a different mod.

Halo 4 CSS Update! Version 2.0!

An attempt to make a replica of Halo 4.

Changes.
-The needler has been added and refined.
-The incineration cannon (rocket launcher) has been fixed and now has an air strike effect, thanks to 2310 and his High Accuracy Airstrike tutorial.
-The random ordinance drops now includes the needler, the active camouflage equipment, the over shield equipment and the health pack equipment and are randomer then ever!
-All default Bloodgulch vehicles has now been added to the game and is working properly.
-The spartan laser (fuel rod gun)'s projectile has been changed.
More updates coming!
