That is with Samuco's version of SwordEdit; there is a button at the bottom, and you need to have Halo Demo hosting the game before you open SwordEdit. The most recent download link is available in a forum post in the halo demo forum hereabouts.

You actually do this (in the mod):
0
1) Get the overshield and rocketlauncher without choosing the blue team (you need to be careful)
2) Blow yourself up onto the log
3) Follow the stairs up
4) You'll find yourself on the gold team (A new team )
5) If you jump into the different coloured patch on the wall, you get a tank.0
