Is it possible to make completely new contrails??

You cannot create entirely new contrails, no. That's for Halo CE. You can, however, re-skin the pre-existing ones. Don't forget to skin BOTH the contrails that show up if there are two, (Like with the banshee) or else it will look like one white contrail and one skinned one.

FAKE! you can create new contrails with mac!

you just have to export it, rename it, and import it (not recursively).

(hoping that you know how to ex/import... <.< do you?)

- open your map in HHK
- choose the contrail you want (let's say vehicles/banshee/banshee wingtip contrail) and recursively export it.
- now, go to the exported folder and search for the banshee wingtip contrail.cont file.
- change it's name to change it's name to banshee wingtip contrail 2.cont
- then, go to the exported folder and search for the banshee wingtip contrail.cont.ehmrf file.
- change it's name to banshee wingtip contrail 2.cont.ehmrf
- return to HHK and import the banshee wingtip contrail 2.cont file (do not recursively import it. just import.)
- Save and quit.

to edit contrail's behavior use Eschaton.

to dependency swap what's inside the tag use HMT. (eschaton wont show)
