Cyborg model help

I have this awesome cyborg model and i need help putting it into bloodgulch or the island can someone help me? I have all the data needed to do it but i need help putting it in.... here the link to the topic:

it was meant to be rebuilt using hmt 3.5

EDIT: if you want the model use obj converter to inject the model

i already have the tags and meta for the model, its just my computer is crappy and wont let me import stuff.....
