who still plays halo demo? how often? do you host your own servers?
I'm trying to scope out how many people here would be able to play/test mods since right now for the most part none of the servers host good ones.

I don't usually do it anymore. I can't even host because my ISP prevents me from using a static IP. :-\

Though i played some HD again last week. And right now i am editing a new mod for full that i was thinking to convert to demo too once it's finished. :-\

I still play on occasion, when certain people make me >.>, but I can host at 2 out of 4 of the locations I currently reside from time to time.

I play about 2-3 times a week, since I have been busy with other things.
I first see if anyone is hosting a fun mod, then I either go in their room and play a bit, then invite them to my (faster) server, or I just leave and start hosting one of my popular CSS mods.
I can play or test mods, especially if they are related to [MT].

I play almost every day now for about 4 hours. my servers host up to 10 people with little lag i've been told. I will be able to host until the end of july. I host gametypes and some shitty CSS mods I make in 10 minutes.

actually it was a play on "lag" and "oktoberfest"; i didn't want to say "LAGFEST" 'cause it has too few syllables for my taste. :-\ but now that i think about it again it makes no sense at all.
