The law is similar to orange-tipped muzzles, I don't know the specifics but I believe it's something along the lines of a death sentence if you obscure, modify, hold in a semi-threating way whilst re-enacting or MILSIMing, or looking at the gun whilst imagining a similar firearm unregistered by the California Department of Justice.

Well, I'm just a pessimistic sarcastic asshole.
So there's a few things.

Well, if you have an airsoft gun in cali and the bill IS passed, you'll have to paint it yeah.

But that's the issue i'm arguing against! We (airsofters) DON'T want that to happen! O_>

If they ban airsofting in cali... Not only will I just up and move to oregon, but they will also damage our economy even more. Dumbfucks... Airsofting is a hobby, that is perfectly safe when regulated. Not only does it provide enjoyment, but it provides jobs. There's at least 4 airsoft retailers, evike, airsoft gi, strykeairsoft, and taccityairsoft, among jericho, desert fox, and other local fields, that will be put out of business... That's several hundred jobs right there, and many many players that will be forced to take up a new hobby.

Fuck california.
