well, ive been messing around in eschaton and trying to swap individual animations, but i couldny find any. all i could find where sound files. i was wondering if there was any way to extract or at least swap animations in eschaton or ant modding program (for armor lock, sprint, evade, and custom reloading animations)

Working animations are made from scratch in a modeling program like 3ds Max before exporting with the model into the HEK.

Otherwise, you should modify the metadata of the antr tag using my Eschaton plugins, or import pre-made animation tags from a CE map.
Either you are groping for answers, or you are asking God and listening to Jesus.

single anamations are hard. for a weapon find the "ANTR" tag. that is the animation. in the weap tag, it will have a MOD2,antr,COLL
somewhere under that it will say "MOD2" and "ANTR"
thost are the first person. okee yeah...

You can't really swap animations though, can you? You have to have one that fits the model you want animated, so you must do as Sparky said.
