WARNING!!! Mac OS 10.6.2 halo demo compatibility error!

WARNING.

I recently updated to mac 10.6.2 on my intel.

Since then halo demo has been broken!!

The app loads but when I click "multiplayer" it crashes!!!

I'll update more info when Iearn it

Maybe halo demo hasn't been updated so much to work on that system. It's a possibility.

I seem to remember 10.6 being decidedly 64-bit and having compatibility problems with a lot of 32-bit software. Might have something to do with it.

Just got a home from a trip and was able to test my halo again:

The game works actually better than before. There was an error with the HRMT mod Map i had plugged in... sorry for the confusion...

Out of curiosity, what kind of software? Because I'm running 10.6 on my still 32-bit computer and I'm not really having problems with all of my 32-bit software...

The only problem I have had with 64 bit was I online game that didn't want 64-bit safari.

Anti-virus for one. Complete incompatibility with a package I have to support. Today we finally got a 10.6 compatible version. I also seem to remember there being a problem with Cisco VPN not working correctly or it might have been just not installing correctly.
