What happened to the best RTS game, AOE2?

Where are the old boys and girls, and the new kids who want to learn a lesson in thinking fast and moving faster?

RM, DM, AOE2 is it. Hundreds of dollars I spent trying to find a game to replace AOE2 for pure gameplay excitement, comaraderie, and intense satisfaction on winning a team game....

ummmm.... nope, there's no game to replace it.

I'm glad to see this game featured in this forum. Finally. Even though I own Mac-Marines.com, the old AOE2 forum domain name. I'll gladly point that domain here, if the admins ask me politely.

I just recently accuired AOE2 but it doesnt seem to be dying at all true there may be more AOE 3 servers on the 2 but last time i was on there were 10 AOE 2 servers and 19 AOE 3. The way i see it thats not to shabby.
