Perfect Model Injection for Dummies! (PMI)
Tools needed:
HHK
HMT
X will be the tag you are going to import.
1 is going to be the map you'r exporting it out,
2 is going to be the map you'r importing it in.
now, follow this tutorial and you'r gonna be able to import everything everywhere.
First part: Exporting tag
1) Open 1 in HHK.
2) In main window, scroll the tags until you see the tag you want (X). highlight it.
3 a) In menu bar, hit Tools > Recursively Export Meta and References.
A window will pop up asking you where to export tags.
3 b) Create a new folder on Desktop, call it "X Datas".
Export tags in that folder by clicking Open button.
4) Close 1.
Second part: Importing tag
5) Open 2 in HHK.
6 a) In menu bar, hit Tools > Import Recursive.
Two windows will pop up.
The first will ask you what tag want to import (X)
The second will ask you what folder contains all tags (X Datas)
6 b) So, in first window, navigate until you see X. Highlight it and hit Open.
6 c) Then, in second window, select X Datas and hit Open
7) hit File > Save and close HHK. we dont need it no more.
Third Part: Exporting model
(notice: some tags has may not need this step. maybe because they has no mod2.
Anyway, you need to do it ;P)
8) Open 1 in HMT.
9) In main window, scroll the tags until you see mod2 tags.
...search for X's mod2 tag and highlight it.
10) Now, hit Save Meta button
(the Recursive check box must not be checked)
Save the metas in a new folder called "X Metas"
11) Then, hit Save Raw button.
Save .vertices and .indices in X Metas.
12) Close 1.
Last part: Importing model
12) Open 2 in HMT.
13) In main window, scroll the tags until you see mod2 tags.
...search for X's mod2 tag and highlight it.
14 a) Then, hit Inject Meta.
A window will pop up asking you where exported X's mod2 tag is.
14 b) So, navigate into X Metas until you see X.mod2.meta;
select it and hit Open.
15 a) Now, you should already highlighting X's mod2 tag, right?
Hit Append Raw.
a window will pop up; there will be some buttons...
hit the Browse button near "Vertices:"
15 b) go into X Metas > and select the file that ends with .vertices
...Hit open.
16 a) Now, hit the Browse button near "Indices:"
16 b) go into X Metas > and select the file that ends with .indices
...Hit open.
17) now, hit Append button.
wait some seconds... the append window should disappear...
18) Last step: make HMT crash.
highlight some random mod2 tags; a message like "an error occured while loading mod2 data" should appear.
keep clicking tags until HMT crashes. it means that everything worked.
tadaa! you imported X from 1 to 2!

EDIT: if you have to inject a CE tag (from mota's CE tags pack for example) you just need to import it in a map.
