I wanna to know how to make a .gif with any kind picture ?

Photoshop can do it. So can Flash.

I dunno what you want to animate though.

Thats just converts pictures to the ".gif" File Format

if you want to make animated ".gif"s that i s a whole different story

If you want to animate V (below Qoute)
